Consequence Summary:
THIS CONDITION COULD CAUSE TIRE TO DEVELOP A RAPID LOSSOF AIR IN THE SHOULDER AREA OF THE TIRE.

Corrective Summary:
TIRE WILL BE REPLACED AT NO COST TO THE CONSUMER WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF NOTIFICATION.
