TIRES MAY FAIL DURING OPERATION FROM LOSS OF AIR DUE TOTREAD SEPARATION.

Corrective Summary:
REPLACE TIRE WITH NEW ONE AT NO COST WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF NOTIFICATION.
