THE BREAST SHIELD COULD SEPARATE FROM THE TONGUE OF THE RESTRAINT ASSEMBLY IN CRASH CONDITIONS BECAUSE OF A FAULTY BUCKLE FRAME.

Consequence Summary:
BREAST SHIELD SEPARATION DURING A SUDDEN STOP OR CRASHWOULD EXPOSE SEAT OCCUPANT TO INCREASED RISK OF INJURY. SEAT FAILS TO COMPLYWITH REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 213.

Corrective Summary:
REPLACE BREAST SHIELD ASSEMBLIES.
