Defect Summary:
THE CHILD SEATS FAIL TO MEET THE HEAD EXCURSION REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 213 (EXCEEDED PRESCRIBED 32 INCH HEAD EXCURSION LIMIT).

Corrective Summary:
MANUFACTURER WILL FURNISH A REPAIR KIT CONSISTING OF A HARNESS RETAINER WITH INSTALLATION AND USE INSTRUCTIONS.
