AIR COULD TRANSFER BETWEEN CIRCUITS OF DUAL AIR BRAKESYSTEM IN EVENT OF FAILURE OF ONE OR THE OTHER CIRCUIT, WHICH COULD CAUSEDEPLETION OF THE ENTIRE AIR SYSTEM. Corrective Summary:
