SYSTEM: STEERING WHEEL RETAINING NUTS.VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: HEAVY DUTY TRUCKS. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: THIS COULD CAUSE STEERING WHEEL DISENGAGEMENT FROM THE STEERING COLUMN WITH LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL WHICH COULD RESULT IN ANACCIDENT.
