POSSIBILITY THAT IMPROPERLY HEAT- TREATED STEERING LEVERS WERE INSTALLED.UNDER CONDITIONS OF UNUSUAL STRAIN THE FATIGUE STRENGTH OF THESE LEVERS IS ADVERSELY AFFECTED AND MAY EVENTUALLY RESULT IN LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL.(INSPECT AND REPLACE STEER- ING LEVER AS REQUIRED.)
