ENGINE COOLING FAN IS SUBJECT TO HIGH STRESS AND POTENTIAL FATIGUE PROBLEMS.

Consequence Summary:
FAN FAILURE COULD RESULT IN PARTS BEING PROPELLED OUTSIDEOF THE FAN SHROUD, WHICH COULD INJURE THE PERSON STANDING NEAR THE ENGINECOMPARTMENT.

Corrective Summary:
REPLACE FAN WITH AN ALTERNATE FAN.
