ENGINE FAN SEPARATION CAN CAUSE DEATH OR INJURY TO ANYPERSON IN THE PATH OF THE FAN.

Corrective Summary:
REPLACE ENGINE FAN WITH FAN FROM ANOTHER MANUFACTURER.
