Consequence Summary:
SEPARATION OF THE FRICTION PAD MAY CAUSE A REDUCTION INSTOPPING ABILITY, WHICH MAY RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.

Corrective Summary:
REPLACE FRICTION PADS.
